Fischer was the driving force since its founding and has steered the company through many international events - from the German economic miracle and the fall of the Berlin Wall, through all the financial crises. With his incredible passion Dr. A. J. Fischer was closely connected to his company all his life.

Joining his father's company as a "predestined successor" was never an option for him. Instead Roberto focused on his artistic talents, became a music composer and founded his own sound recording studio in 1984. His wide-ranging interests then led him via photography to film. There he completed all stations of film production: from project development, preproduction, shooting, postproduction to film distribution. In 1990 he co-founded the film production company HIPPOtv GmbH and was quickly able to attract big corporations and international TV broadcasters to his productions. In 2000 he took over 100% of the company. To date, he has realized mote than 800 film projects. He has traveled the globe several times and has received numerous international awards for his films. When his dad fell ill, he took over the role of "emergency managing director" and has been indispensable ever since. His unconventional ideas are refreshing and an asset to the industry. In film, Roberto has learned to lead large teams and is someone you can rely on - someone for whom "giving up" is not an option.

As an economic lawyer, Hans D.- Andres looks back on a long and successful career. During his studies in Bonn, the former German capital, he entered politics and became the personal assistant to a member of the federal parliament. He was responsible for his constituency and later also took over the press work. Hans was crucial for the the MP becoming Secretary of State and, in the final instance, even Minister. When Hans himself was approached for a political career, he instead decided to pursue a career with a well-known insurance company. After holding several positions in sales and marketing, he advanced to head of sales at a young age. This was followed by further management positions in a wide variety of industries - always with a focus on strategy and acquisition. Hans is a team player who always shares his own success with others. His clear language and open manner make him a valued interlocutor. We are pleased, that we were able to win Hans as a board member.

Our founder passed away on September 25th, 2022.
Since 1966, he has completed more than 2600 projects and transactions worldwide. His broad cross-industry expertise was impressive. He stood for customer focus, excellence, integrity and team spirit.
Through all generations, we enjoyed exchanging ideas with him. His clear mind, coupled with sheer endless expertise, was unmatched.

Prof. Dr. Shirin Massumi M.B.L. has over 20 years of professional experience in M&A and private equity business, in law firms, financial institutions, private equity companies, management consultancies and international corporations. In addition to her professional activities, she taught for many years at the Technical Universities of Rosenheim and Ingolstadt for Bachelor, Master and PhD students and published on the topic of business law. Since May 2022 she additionally holds the professorship "Business and Labor Law" at the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of the Federal Armed Forces Munich. Shirin has been working with the FCI Group very closely and successfully since 2014 and has realized a large number of transactions.
Dr. Ing. Eckehard Gensior is an internationally experienced architect and civil engineer. He led major projects in Saudi Arabia and Egypt for Philipp Holzmann AG and Thyssen AG. In Germany, he executed innovative contracts for the Ministry of the Environment and for the Hanseatic City of Hamburg. He then was in charge of the construction management subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG and became a member of the Board of Göttinger Immobilien AG. After a further station as ceo at the general planning and project management company Weidleplan, he joined the FCI Group. Since then his assignments have taken him all across countries of the European Union and Eastern Europe. His focus is on strategic and operational consulting as well as leadership in the international real estate and major project business. Eckehard always seeks for the best solution and is extremely team-oriented. This makes him a professional and pleasant partner in the construction sector.

Ing. Mag. Raimund Gfrerer has been a board member and managing director of large corporations and has over 20 years of professional experience. He draws his profound knowledge from numerous international projects of industrial, commercial and service companies. His competence covers finance, controlling, production, marketing, sales, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, human resources, information technology as well as research and development. His areas of expertise include the following industries: Food Industry, Retail, Electronic Plant Engineering/Access Technology, Machine Tool Engineering, Software, Private Equity and Fund Management, Medical Devices, Printing and Publishing, Market Research and Marketing Consulting. Not without a reason Raimund is our versatile and very reliable partner in Austria since many years.
For many years, Dr. Werner Fassrainer held the position of Corporate Controller at the corporate headquarters of SIEMENS AG and has experience in restructuring consulting and reorganization of companies. He is also a lecturer at the LMU Munich and at the University of Applied Sciences for Administration and Finance in Ludwigsburg. Together with Alexander Pirner, he established the Business Competence Seminar, where he conveys practical business knowledge to the Next Generation. As a result, he not only has constant access to new talent, but also knows how the Next Generation thinks and acts. His many interests and his complementary philosophy studies help him to better understand questions and insights of human action.
Alexander Pirner holds a Bachelor of Science. He studied physics with a focus on astrophysics and mathematics at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. With an A-Level grade of 1.1 he is one of the best graduates in the country. Together with Dr. Werner Fassrainer he did not only found the Business Competence Seminar but also the company pirner & fassrainer consulting gmbh, where he is responsible for operational coaching and for projects in the field of Sustainable Smart Towns.
